Dean has been a student of Terry Daly's in East London since 1980, he stopped competing in Competitions in 1999. He was a member of the Uechi Ryu team that included Terry, Wayne Otto and Kuda Adams. Wayne has won at least 9 Gold medals in the WUKO World Championships (I can't keep up) Born on the 18th May 1966 in London, he began training at the age of 14 under the instruction of Terry Daly. His naturally competitive spirit coupled with a love for fighting and large trophies was all the motivation needed for him to continue training. Anyone who has seen Wayne training will understand his fighting and all-round karate ability. Wayne is now assistant coach for the England National Squad. |
